Chapter 4 has a lot of material on this, including
mods for making a parallel run.

Section 3.5.2 of online manual refers to
"section on parallel computation" which
does not yet exist.

Also none of the release 1 verification
experiments contains a simple example on
using the model in a parallel configuration.
