[Mitgcm-support] NonLin Free-Surf: status

Hello,

Concerning the non-linear free-surface,
the new version of calc_surf_dr.F should work also
in shallow region where there is only one level 
(i.e.: surface level = bottom level).
Also the model does not stop anymore if hFac becomes too small.

Presently, NLFS works only with
#undef USE_NATURAL_BCS
and:
 nonHydrostatic=.FALSE., (default)
 implicDiv2DFlow=1., (default)
 exactConserv=.TRUE.,

Note also that using the CPP_OPTION:
#define NONLIN_FRSURF
change the pickup files
(then use nonlinFreeSurf=-1 to restart from an old pickup)     

Right now, only very few (& short) tests have been done,
but the adjustment-CS test looks reasonable (good news).
