A cheap test would be nice but we don't have one
that works at the mom.

The zave case needs an eddy scheme which
isn't there. The eq. channel needs its sidewall
bc's sorting out.

Once we have all the .cs-lopping-coupling under
control we can look at these again. For now
I'm happy to go with the whole planet.
