[Mitgcm-support] MPI_REAL4

Chris, 

I'm using LAM 6.3.2 for my MPI library/environment and mpi.h does not
include MPI_REAL4 or MPI_REAL8 definitions. In ini_procs.f it states I
should add code to define them - where/how should I do this?

Otherwise, things look good so far.
