modify the mapping between C-grid (Dynamics) and A-grid (Physics):
 o aim physics needs only the square of the surface wind
   and return a DRAG term (=Cd*|V|)
 o the surface stress is computed directly on the C-grid using the
   average DRAG term 
fixe a Pb of overlap/exchange in aim_external_forcing U&V.
