Today we covered *where* the boundaries conditions are applied
in the atmosphere. Perhaps some others should be attending the
dummy course on Atmospheric Dianetics.

c29 has the latest kpp mods. I needed to release it because c30
is due out today and was waiting for c29.

As to where c29 is - I leave it as an exercise for the reader.
[Hint: it's probably on the web but would it necessarily be
where other releases are put? Trick question?]
