qnet and e-p for the years of 1948-51 and 1999-2000, on 1x1 grid, are
computed from the ncep reanalysis product (qnet = latent + sensible +
long wave radiation, e-p = latent (W/m^2) * 0.03456/24/3600 -
precipitation (mm/s)).

The complete set of 1x1 ncep forcings from 1948-2000 to be used for the
multi-decadal run is in hpss:/home/tonglee/tapes.

Dimitri is making another copy on alhena's silo /silo/dmenem/REAN_NMC.
