Hello

I've just download your code and I'm using the examples to understand the 
model. It's great!
I have two questions:
1- Which is the meaning of output files "Eta.00..." when I use rigid-lid 
condition in ocean case?
2- To regulate the frequency of the output files, which is the correct 
parameter?
