The prime-time (5am-3pm, 2-hour job limit) usage of the Ames computers
steger and lomax is VERY low. It's a shame to see all those cpus idling.
I recommend making the 50-year run during prime time for now. This would
allow a near continuous throughput and while avoiding competition with
the adjoint assimilation runs.
