[Mitgcm-support] aim LatLon

It runs !

I did 1 year in the Lat-Lon config, with full cell topo,
3rd Order Horizontal + vertical Upwind for Adv of Q.

Latest Pb was strong +/- Q values near S.pole due to 
the dynamics (because no FFT on Q , and u generally > 10 m/s 
there, Dx = 7 km and DeltaT=300 s). 
I change the shapiro option to No-slip. 
The results seems O.K., and jets are less broad than with
Q upwind.

Will check-in thoses modifications but only in
verification/aim.5l_LatLon for the moment.
