[Mitgcm-support] aim run in progress

Hello,

I found a bug in phy_suflux.F that is related to the 
re-mapping of U,V (appears at 2 places).
I will test the Equatorial Channel to see if 
it helps to run.
It Can also have an effect on the aim LatLon experiment
and need to run again with the 3rd order advection Scheme.

By the way, I have also changed the way the mapping is
done, and will test on the EqChan run.

Thoses changes are not yet check-in.
