[Mitgcm-support] problem with implicit viscosity + wind stress

Hi,

I'm having another problem which I hope someone can help me with.

It seems for ecco_c44_e24 that if I turn on implicit viscosity then any
wind stress forcing (using the exf package) has no effect. If I turn it
off everything's fine.

Any idea what I can do to make it work?
