Hello Alistair,

Concerning Adams-Bashforth initialization,
some experiments start with some G_term equal to 
zero (specially the pressure gradient), and this might 
explain that this modification has no impact ? 
For instance, I think there is no noise
in initial T in hs94-cs, as oppose to hs94.128x64x5
and this can make some differences.
