[Mitgcm-support] mdsio.F

I'm having the correct sizes for the output files on 4procs on bonanza (cf 
previous message) when I disable the package mdsio. So I suppose there is a 
bug somewhere in the new mdsio package when it is used with MPI.

I'm confident that I can run AIM on bonanza with more than 1 proc now 
provided I use the old mdsio. Am going to see if it improves the situation 
on the SGI as well.
