Patrick: bugs in cost_init_barfiles: when initializing tbar, sbar, the active write call uses the rec. no. "nmonsrec" but it should be "irec". Also, for ubar and vbar, I don't know why they should only have 1 record. I fixed it so that there is "nmonsrec" number of records. jake
