Hi Dimitris,

Thanks for looking to this KPP code.

This part of the code is only used when KPP_ESTIMATE_UREF
is "define", and this is generally not the case here
(require high vertical resolution near the surface).
The sign of rF might also be a Pb elsewhere in this
part of the code (i.e. #ifdef KPP_ESTIMATE_UREF).
