cost_heatflux, saltflux: refers to maskw, should be maskc. Also, a small problem with masks for tangential open boundary velocity, as coded in cost_obcsn,obcss,obcsw,obcse, but I haven't figured out a fix yet. that's it. pretty minor. jake
