[Mitgcm-support] CPP_EEOPTIONS

Hello,

A strange behavior of CPP compiler:
when CPP_EEOPTIONS.h is included in CPP_OPTIONS.h 
with 2 versions of CPP_EEOPTIONS.h available in the Include path,
the one located in the same dir as CPP_OPTIONS.h
is consider first, whatever its position in the Include path.
It seems to be like this on Linux machine.
