[MITgcm-support] search engine for the MITgcm.org domain

Hi folks,

The search engine for the MITgcm.org domain has been completely
overhauled and is available at:

  http://mitgcm.org/htdig/

It now indexes the mailman-based mailing lists, the on-line docs, the
MITgcm code browser, and other documentation.

Please try it out and let me know if you have any problems or
suggestions for improvements.
