It is inhomogeneous Neumann for both the 2d and 3d problems. The boundary
conditions are implemented through the initialization of the sparse matrices
in ini_cg2d() and ini_cg3d().

Subject: [MITgcm-support] problem of boundary condition
Hi,
I am trying to understand the boundary conditions used in the cg2d.f and
cg3d.f for the SSH and non-hydrostatic pressure respectively. For the SSH in
cg2d.f, the lateral boundary condition is Neumann condition, but for the
non-hydrostatic pressure, what is the boundary condition for the verical
direction? where I can find the definition in the code? Could I just use the
Neumann one?
Thanks in advance,
Xianyao Chen
