[MITgcm-devel] new tag (checkpoint68f) soon

Hi,

I would like to make a new tag, checkpoint68f, relatively soon.

The last tag is more than a month old and there has been enough changes
to make a new tag useful.

I am thinking of merging Martin's PR #572 about "relative_wind" later today
(no more changes after that), wait until tomorrow for new daily testreport 
and do the new tag after that.
