[MITgcm-devel] Pb accessing mitgcm.org web-site

I just rebooted the system that runs the haproxy.  So the site will be
down for a few moments.  This is to clear the noc which has some mitgcm
things unresponsive (mitgcmcvs.mit.edu)

Turns out mitgcmcvs was down.  I just powered it back up.
