[MITgcm-devel] error when trying to build the docs (html)

Hi,

I used to be able to build the documentation (at leat the html step, "make html")
from both a linux fc29 and also from Linux Ubuntu 18 LTS.

But now I am getting an error on boith side, such as:
> {doc}% make html
> Running Sphinx v1.7.6
> 
> Extension error:
> Could not import extension sphinxcontrib.programoutput (exception: No module named programoutput)
> make: *** [Makefile:20: html] Error 2
> 

What should I so with this ?
