Hi Jeff,

looks good, one thing that I found immediately:
Following the link to the Zenodo site: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.1409237 you see how manual should be cited, but some name, like Patrick’s or mine appear correctly, while other people’s names appear as they github or whatever aliases, e.g. jm-c. This is probably generated automatically (as also people are included, who have contributed single PRs to the model), but maybe there’s a way to fix it?
