[MITgcm-devel] changes in TAF affecting output

Hi,

There was some update on TAF compiler on May 16 and again on May 17 
(version 3.9.0 -> 3.9.3 -> 3.9.6) and some output got affected (@ machine truncation level).
Will need to update few output_adm.txt (+ few output_tlm.txt).

I would suggest to postpone any new PR merging until these output files
have been updated (should not take too much time but
need a good internet connection to play with staf).
