Hi Dan,

Thanks for sending in a pull request - a review and some comments will be forth coming.

You aren’t doing anything wrong - the build error is unrelated to your modifications. One of the upstream libraries that we rely on to build the documentation made a release with a substantial bug in it - documentation with numbered tables of contents fail. They have just made another release (about 10 minutes ago) that includes a fix for this error.

Cheers,
Ed

Hi all

I have submitted my first pull request to github so do not know what to expect.

I followed the instructions in Part 5 of the documentation as best I could. My submitted branch (viaTravis CI) has passed all the verification tests. However, it has failed the documentation builds. The only file changed in doc/ is tag-index, and I did not think this would affect the building of the documentation. In fact, I also tried reverting to the tag-index from the main branch and got all of the same errors. When I try to build the documentation locally (via "make html" in docs) the build is successful.

Does anyone have a similar experience, or know what I am doing wrong?

Many thanks
Dan
