[MITgcm-devel] problem with OpenMP (multi-threading) and gfortran 7.2.1

Hi,

I noticed some problems with gfortran 7.1.1 (Red Hat 7.1.1-3) on FC26
when trying to run multi-threaded with openmp (-omp). Something related
to writing to internal unit:

that was causing many tests to fail:

The good news is that it seeems to be fixed now in new version of gfortran,
 gcc 7.2.1-2 20170915 (Red Hat 7.2.1-2)
