[MITgcm-devel] problem accessing cvsanon at mitgcm.org

Hi Dimitris,

There was some changes made this morning (~ 10am EST ?),
regarding re-routing mitgcm.org, but should not have any practical effect
at this point (still going to forge.csail.mit.edu, 128.31.2.31).

On our side, cvs just works as expected, so might be useful to know from which
machine did you get this "Connection refused".
