[MITgcm-devel] units for DFxHEFF and DFyHEFF

Hi all,

The diagnostic units (m^2/s) for DFxHEFF and DFyHEFF that are output to
available_diagnostics.log seem incorrect. They should be m.m^2/s, same as
those of ADVxHEFF and ADVyHEFF. Below are the four corresponding lines
from available_diagnostics.log.
