[MITgcm-devel] testing pkg/shelfice without SHELFICEboundaryLayer

Hi Martin,

I would like to change one of the 3 isomip experiments so that the case
 SHELFICEboundaryLayer=.FALSE.
would be tested. 
In addition I would try to use my pCellMix stuff that is presently untested.

Since the primary test (isomip/input) is related to the ISOMIP project,
I skip this one, and the 3rd one (input.icefont) is more complicated
with pkg/icefront involved, I thought about changing the 2nd one, input.htd.

I started to play a little bit with this set-up (input.htd) and tried 
also to drop the cd_scheme (pkg/cd-code) just to diversify the tested set-up
and also because it should not be needed at this resolution.
Interestingly, this seems to make the largest changes to the solution.

If it's OK with you, I will update this secondary test, input.htd,
and leave unchanged the other tests as well as the adjoint ones.
