[MITgcm-devel] issue with mitgcm cvs code browser

Perhaps this is the time to suggest that migrating from cvs to git (and
github) would eliminate the need to keep cvsview running. (Along with many
other benefits.) If significant developer / tech support time is being
devoted to maintaining the cvs workflow, that time could instead be devoted
to the git migration.
Once we get over the initial shock of the transition, I really think that
our community would love using a modern version control system and
interacting over github.
