[MITgcm-devel] TAF permission denied error message on Pleiades

Some of us recently were not able to connect to FastOpt.de and FastOpt.net, when trying to generate adjoint code on NASA Ames’s Pleiades, with the following error message:
"Permission denied (publickey).”
This is the result of recent SSH upgrade on Ames’s machines from OpenSSH_5.8p2 to OpenSSH_7.2p2. A work-around is to set
SSHFLAGS="-o PubkeyAcceptedKeyTypes=+ssh-dss”
in staf.
