Hi Gael,

It seems that these changes are triggering a floationg point exception when using 
the -devel option of open64 compiler (checking for un-initialised variables).
I am not 100% sure since only run TAF adm testreport with these options
once every 3 days on acesgrid. Also run on engaging but there are other 
problems there. 

Experiments that are affected are:
< Y Y Y N .. .. .. N/O   1D_ocean_ice_column  (e=0, w=3)
< Y Y Y N .. .. .. N/O   lab_sea  (e=0, w=8)
< Y Y Y N .. .. .. N/O   lab_sea.noseaice
< Y Y Y N .. .. .. N/O   lab_sea.noseaicedyn
< Y Y Y N .. .. .. N/O   obcs_ctrl  (e=0, w=0)
are all using pkg/ecco.
