Hi Jim,

It seems that this new output has not been generated with the updated
parameter files (all the changes I've made ~ march 1rst),
so that the testreport from last night failed for this experiment:

I also take this oportunity to remember everyone that it's probably better
to check-in files only in "unix" format file (as oppose to "dos" format).
The mix of both can be difficult to process (e.g., ignoring the conversion
dos --> unix I made on March 1rst, your new output.txt appears having
a  "^M" at the end of all lines that are copied form parameter files).
