[MITgcm-devel] change to adjoint halfpipe_streamice

Hi Jean Michel

Just a heads up -- hopefully no need to do anything, but I changed around
some of the namelists in data.streamice to separate OAD-related parameters.
I tested the forward verification on baudelaire and this is not affected.
The TAF verification *should* not be affected but will be difficult for me
to test with TAF on baudelaire. But in case the test fails overnight, it
might be related to this.
