[MITgcm-devel] pickup for shelfice

Hi J-M and others:

I have added a pickup for Shelfice to initialize ShelfIceMass when
ShelficeMassStepping=.true. When this parameter is false
shelfice_write_pickup should not create a pickup file and shelf_read_pickup
should not be executed.

I was unsure of whether i could use the verification pickup test to test
this, as isomip does not use mass stepping, but i tested "by hand" with a
2-day run and a 1+1 day run of isomip with ShelficeMassStepping=.true. and
the diagnostics were identical -- though there may be some truncation when
reading into matlab?
