[MITgcm-devel] ALLOW_EDDYPSI code and GM_K3D

Hi Michael,

I am going to move/merge the ALLOW_EDDYPSI block in DYNVARS.h into FFIELDS.h
(since there is already one piece there) and I was tempted to rename 
 uMean --> uEulerMean
 vMean --> vEulerMean
to clarify the fact that they represent the Eulerian mean (and not just the time-mean
of uVel,vVel as one might guess from name & description).

Would you agree with this renaming or should we keep the original names ?

Also, I noticed several calls to DIAGNOSTICS_FILL in gmredi/gmredi_k3d.F
with the wrong arguments (that I was going to fix) but I notice also that the
call to S/R ROTATE_UV2EN_RL is not right within the bi,bj loop (but will let you 
fix this one).
