Hi Dan,

I did not have time to look at your changes, but from the testreport
that run last night, I have 2 comments here:
1) TAF is reporting some errors and have twice more recomputation
 warnings as before:
 baudelaire, ADM with gfortran = reference outputi, using "-devel" testreport option:
 diff in summary.txt from these 2 dir: tr_baudelaire-b_20140327_0 tr_baudelaire-b_20140326_0

 you might want to check with Patrick if/how this could be improved.

2) Restart test was not really "active" before (since no pickup were
 written) but now the restart test is active and is not "passing".

 I will take a look at this in the coming week, but wanted to let you know
 first. Just from a "ls", seems that pickup_streamice.* are not written at
 the end of the run but MITgcm wants to read-in these pickup files
 when nIter0 <> 0.

Also, I cc MITgcm-devel so that others who run AD testreport 
will know.
