[MITgcm-devel] new seaice_itd experiment

Hi Martin,

I am going to add "eedata.mth" for the 2 secondary seaice_itd test
(in input.lipscomb07/ and input.thermo/) so that they can also be
tested in multi-threaded.

Righ now, the standard experiment (input/) is able to run
multi-threaded but the output looks quite different (with gfortran:
Y Y Y Y -- 16  5  3  2 16  7  7  5  3  3  4> 3< 2  1  2  3
) but might be useful to check how the 2 others do.
