[MITgcm-devel] changing global_with_exf experiment

Hi Patrick and others,

I would like to change the standard (i.e., not the input.yearly one)
global_with_exf experiment to test the "-12." field period.
It's currently not tested, and I thought it would be a good thing
to try it in this experiment to also illustrate how it works.
The input files are already monthly mean climatology (taken from 
tutorial_global_oce_latlon/input), so it seems to fit.

The secondary test (input.yearly) can remain unchanged to test
the 30.day equally spaced records (splitted by years in
files with year suffix, useEXFYearlyFields=T).

Does this looks OK ?
