[MITgcm-devel] OpenAD makefile

Hi,

Changes have been made (prior to latest tag, checkpoint64t) to
generate a "Makefile" for OpenAD build using "genmake2 -oad" option.

The main reason beeing that, the Makefile with OpenAD is
different enough from a standard one, having a specific genmake2
option seems justified.

The old way to produce an OpenAD makefile:
 genmake2 -adof ../../../tools/adjoint_options/adjoint_oad
is still working with checkpoint64t but will be disable soon.

Note that the default AD-optfile when using "genmake2 -oad"
is precisely "../../../tools/adjoint_options/adjoint_oad"
so that the command line to type for OpenAD build is simply:
> genmake2 -oad
