Hi Patrick,

It seems that few experiments are no longer compiling or fail to run:

a) last night, on stomp (code downloaded after you make the changes)
   OpenAD fails to compile.

b) I am re-running OpenAD testreport au baudelaire (with your OpenAD built):
   global_ocean.90x40x15 and isomip fail to compile, with similar 
  error as OpenAD on stomp:

>          active_var%d = active_var_p

and hs94.1x64x5 compiles but run stops with a Segmentation fault

I am waiting for the other experiments to finish.
