Gael,

The 4 counted errors are in fact the same single one (which appears in 2 files):

TAF ERROR    Code of subroutine  ctrl_init_rec not seen and no flow information set,
TAF ERROR    assuming all arguments are input and output
> grep 'TAF *.* ERROR ' taf_output
