[MITgcm-devel] GLOBAL_SUM in cost_final.F

Hi Jean,

I am getting some compilation errors (in externalDummies_cb2m_oad.f)
dues to some variables that are no longer declared active.

The changes I've just made in dic_cost.F produce the same type 
of problem in tutorial_global_oce_biogeo.

Seems likely that we would need something like
ad_template.global_sum_tile_r8.F 
(as we currently have ad_template.global_sum_r8.F).

I don't know much about this part, but Oliver will take a look
and will be able to tell you more.
