[MITgcm-devel] ITD code in seaice_model

Hi Martin,

no, there's no specific need to have them in the main routine. Feel free to
move the calls into seaice_advdiff and seaice_growth.
Since the model can be run with or without dynamics and/or thermodynamics I
believe it's good to have itd_redist and itd_sum called at the end of both.
