Hi Martin,

I made little changes to enable to compile with g77 & pgf77.

I also reverted from Olx,Oly to OLx,OLx since you changed
the other way in your previous check-in.
This modif is done automatically on my side, but I don't make these changes
just randomly (or at least, not always): OLx,OLx are written this way 
in SIZE.h (model/inc/SIZE.h) and has been like this since a long time 
(1rst CVS version, checked-in by Chris on Apr 22, 1998); so I just stick 
to the same rule.
