[MITgcm-devel] seaice_obcs location?

Dear all,

not sure if we need to act on this, but it seems that 
we are simulating underground ice in seaice_obcs !
At first I thought this was an interesting feature 
of the obcs code I did not know about, lol

From what I inferred seaice_obcs is a cut out
of lab_sea (for indices 8:17,4:11 I think). However
xgOrigin and ygOrigin were left to their original values, 
so the selected lab sea part slides under North America.
ygOrigin=52., xgOrigin=294., may be more correct.
