Hi Torge,
a quick notes regarding some small modifs I added today to your verification experiment.
1. I added a standard run and build directory (with corresponding .cvsignore files)
It's no big deal, but we like to have those in line with other exp.
2. There needs to be one reference output.txt for the "standard" test defined by input/
I just went ahead and created one starting from niter0=0, so as to keep input.growth and input.melt
3. Small modifications to data.mnc, but important that we want to have monitor output
to output.txt, so I changed monitorFreq to 1.
One thing I noticed is that for input.melt HEFF and AREA are zero throughout.
Is this wanted? Perhaps wanted eventually, but not right from the start?
Cheers
-Patrick
