[MITgcm-devel] obcs_seaice_sponge.F

Dear pkg/seaice obcs users, I have been experimenting with obcs_seaice_sponge.F,
a series of subroutines similar to those in obcs_sponge.F but for sea ice variables.
They are meant to take care of polynyas that are created along open boundaries
when there is divergent ice flow due to coarse-res time-averaged sea ice obcs
applied to hi-res grids and/or atmospheric forcing.
I have updated obcs_seaice_sponge.F to be consistent with latest changes
to pkg/obcs and will check in main repository tomorrow along with a small
test in verification/seaice_obcs.

Michael and Renske, it would be great if you can take obcs_seaice_sponge.F for a spin
with your respective hi-res regional domains to see if it helps attenuate ice boundary artifacts.
