Out of curiosity has anyone used vapor with MITgcm output? The latest version is capable of handling ROMS, MOM and POP output. Alongside Paraview and Visit, VAPOR seems (at least from my current vantage point ;-) to be one of the most capable lathe scale vi packages out there.
